Maarten Boute is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in building and managing telecom service providers. He is renowned for his successful implementation and growth of Effortel Group into the largest European MVNE, based in Belgium, hosting numerous MVNOs globally. In 2009, Maarten took on the role of CEO at Digicel Haiti, where he spearheaded significant subscriber, revenue, and EBITDA growth through strategic network expansion and aggressive plans. Transitioning to social entrepreneurship in Haiti from 2012 to 2014, Maarten later resumed leadership roles at Digicel, serving as Chairman and CEO since 2018. His extensive experience includes complex multicultural environments, stakeholder relations, and team building, reflecting his passion for fostering talent and achieving excellence.
