Garvin Medera

Garvin Medera is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Oxford, a Post Graduate Diploma in Organisational Leadership from the Said Business School at the University of Oxford, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London, an M.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.

Garvin Medera has held various key positions in reputable organizations. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Caribbean Airlines Ltd. Previously, he has been the Chief Executive Officer of Digicel Play and held leadership roles at Digicel Group, including Chairman of Digicel Foundation, Chief Operations Officer, General Manager - Tobago, Chief Technical Officer, Head of Planning and Optimisation, Access Manager, Senior RF Engineer, and RF Engineer. Prior to his roles at Digicel Group, Garvin worked as a Cellular Systems Engineer at TSTT, an Engineer in Training, and as a part-time Lecturer in Telecommunications at The University of Trinidad and Tobago. He also gained experience as a Project Engineer at Century Eslon Limited.
