Luke Goodroad is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in customer service, organizational initiatives, and staff management. With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Colorado State University, he started his career at Apple as a Creative and Mac Genius. Later, he joined OtterBox as a Service Desk Technician and worked his way up to become Service Desk Global Manager, Executive Team Service Desk Technician, and Acquisition Team, Project Leader. At Array BioPharma Inc., Luke served as an Information Technology Helpdesk Manager, and currently, he works as a User Experience Specialist at Ipsos. Luke has a particular interest in customer service, vendor management, and technical strategy development.
