Rachel Byrne is a creative and highly motivated business professional with a solid background in market research, business process design, data management, customer acquisition, and data mining. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where she studied, and also studied French and business at L’IEFE de La Faculté de Lettres de Pau. Rachel has worked as a Project Coordinator and NA Incentive Manager at Ipsos in North America. Before that, she was an International Business and Marketing Intern for Realityworks and ARO Behavioral Healthcare, respectively. Rachel's expertise includes customer relationship management, direct response marketing, team leadership and development, project and operations management, purchasing, vendor management, customer service, troubleshooting, contract negotiation, problem identification and resolution, and internal outsourcing.
