Lukas started his academic journey by pursuing A-levels in Hospitality & Tourism College, setting the foundation for his future endeavors.

He then went on to excel in his studies, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a specialization in Tourism and Leisure Management from IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems with a remarkable distinction (Grade: 1.2).

Continuing his academic pursuits, Lukas successfully obtained a Master of Arts in Business with a focus on International Business and Export Management from IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems, achieving a credit-worthy performance (Grade: 1.4).

Complementing his formal education, Lukas further honed his business acumen at the European Innovation Academy and expanded his knowledge base during his time at Grammar School.

In the professional realm, Lukas Renz holds the pivotal role of Co-Founder and CEO at Bärnstein, where he channels his entrepreneurial drive and brand-centric approach to the beverage industry.

Prior to his current position, Lukas gained valuable experience serving in the Austrian Armed Forces as a Soldier.

He also enriched his expertise in the hospitality sector through notable internships, including F&B Management roles at Kempinski Hotels as well as a Chef de rang position at DO & CO Group.
