She has been recognized in prestigious lists such as the BD100 and Creative Pool's top 25 Business Development Director list for her influential work in agency marketing and new business development.

Apart from her professional endeavors, Lucy is dedicated to helping agency owners reignite their passion for new business through her Agency Growth Academy, offering mentoring, coaching, and effective development strategies.

With a diverse educational background including studies in marketing, international business, and languages, Lucy brings a well-rounded skill set to her consultancy work.
