With a solid background of 7 years in CSR & Partnerships at HSBC, Lucy went on to establish Force for Good, a B2B SaaS platform designed to assist businesses in engaging their employees and fulfilling their corporate social responsibility obligations.

Her leadership has propelled Force for Good's expansion into Asia, the UK, and the US, leading to the company's participation in prestigious accelerator programs like 500 Start Ups and Blackbaud, which has significantly accelerated their growth.

Passionate about driving purpose, Lucy has spearheaded fundraising efforts that have generated over US$3 million for various charitable causes. She is deeply committed to reshaping capital access for female entrepreneurs and mentoring the next generation to embrace courage and ambition in their professional pursuits.

Lucy's educational journey includes studying at Pocklington School and obtaining a 1st Class Hons, Marketing BSc degree from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
