Kyla Morris Shawyer

Kyla Shawyer has established herself as a leading force in the nonprofit sector, having spearheaded transformational change for the past 15 years. A graduate of Middlesex University, Kyla's focus has always been on innovation and leadership in the social good space. She is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Philanthropy and Fundraising North America (PFNA), an organization that builds capacity for nonprofit executive leadership programs to foster fundraising growth and innovation.

Kyla has held several key positions in the nonprofit sector, including CEO of The Resource Alliance and IFC (International Fundraising Congress), as well as COO and Senior VP of Global Fundraising and Marketing at Operation Smile. She has served as an Innovation Leadership Executive for DSIL Global, a social innovation company, and Global Executive Nonprofit Advisor at Moore.
