Louise Lombard is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in Human Resources and management within the Financial Services sector. She currently holds the position of Head of Business Partnering at RSA Insurance Ireland Ltd.

Louise's career journey began in 2003 when she joined Bank of Ireland Asset Management as a Graduate of DCU and the NEOMA Business School. Since then, she has served in various HR Business Partner roles across different entities at Bank of Ireland Group, fostering high-performing cultures in Irish, UK, mainland European, and global businesses. Her international exposure in Paris and New York has equipped her with a strong cultural understanding and experience in working within matrix structures.
