Lori Fineman is a prominent independent theatrical producer known for her dedication to showcasing narratives that challenge and broaden our understanding of the world. She is deeply passionate about unconventional storytelling and pioneering innovative production approaches. Currently, Lori is involved in diverse projects, such as the interactive rock-n-roll experience 'REUNION' and the creation of three new musicals, including 'Chasing Rainbows,' 'Lempicka,' and 'Come On, Let’s Go!' Each production delves into unique historical or musical narratives, reflecting Lori's diverse interests.

Lori's professional background includes a significant tenure as the Executive Director of Transport Group, a celebrated non-profit off-Broadway theater company in New York City spanning from 2007 to 2019. During her leadership, she oversaw the successful production and management of over 25 theatrical works, ranging from plays and musicals to revivals and new productions. Under her guidance, Transport Group witnessed substantial growth, expanding from a minimal staff to over seven regular employees and an impressive $2.2M budget. Lori's notable contributions to Transport Group's repertoire include award-winning shows like 'Renascence,' 'Once Upon A Mattress,' and 'The Unsinkable Molly Brown,' among other critically acclaimed productions.

In addition to her theatrical endeavors, Lori has a background in management consulting, having worked with prestigious firms like Andersen Consulting and Capco. She continues to be actively engaged in the arts community through her board membership with organizations such as the National Alliance of Musical Theatre (NAMT) and the advisory board of the Jewish Community Project (JCP) Downtown. As an alumna of the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Theatre Arts and Management from the Wharton School, Lori brings a unique blend of artistic creativity and strategic acumen to all her undertakings. Outside of her professional accomplishments, Lori is a devoted wife, mother to four children, and caretaker of a Barbet puppy named Claude.
