Cousins holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, majoring in Finance, Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Calgary, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Cousins has held various key roles at leading global companies like Huge, Stash Hotel Rewards, Disney Parks & Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., and Oliver Wyman. Cousins is a Group Strategy Director at Huge, where she has also served as Director of Business Strategy and Senior Business Strategist. She was also Director of Strategy at Stash Hotel Rewards and Global Development Manager and Strategic Account Manager at Disney Parks & Resorts.
