Lillian Smith
Lillian Smith is a skilled consumer insights and user research executive with extensive experience in the industry. She has a degree in Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College and has worked with various organizations in the past. Currently, she holds the position of Senior Director of Global Consumer Insights & Strategy at Peloton Interactive. In her current role, Lillian uses both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to help companies gain a better understanding of their customers and make informed decisions across brand marketing, product marketing, UX, business intelligence, and corporate strategy domains. Prior to this, Lillian has held various positions at Blue Apron, InterbrandHealth, Gynuity Health Projects, The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts, and UMass Amherst School of Public Health & Health Sciences. She is also a former guest lecturer at Mount Holyoke College's Department of Anthropology.
