Lesly Veliz

Lesly Veliz is a skilled consultant and an active member of the community. Born in Texas, Lesly graduated from Texas Woman's University with a degree in psychology. With extensive experience working in a variety of organizations - from grassroots groups to international non-profits - Lesly's expertise includes marketing, fundraising, outreach, management, and leadership.

During her time as National Event Director at LatPro, she was responsible for the planning, promotion, and success of the LatPro/DiversityJobs Bilingual and Diversity Career Fair series across the country. Lesly has a background in working with special needs children and adults, and has previously coordinated City Council, Mayoral, Congressional, and State Representative campaigns to great success.

Now, Lesly is an independent consultant at SixVo, where she helps businesses streamline their marketing processes for greater efficiency. Additionally, she is helping launch a tech think-tank that will provide innovative solutions to complex business problems. Lesly is passionate about community outreach and helping first-generation and undocumented students in their pursuit of higher education.
