Lauren Bassi

Lauren Bassi is an innovative leader with 17 years of experience in programmatic design and implementation, coaching leaders, and strategically leading teams. She is committed to grounding teams in vision, values, and equity while leveraging her educational expertise, systems thinking, and program management skills.

Lauren holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Pace University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Tufts University. Her academic background complements her professional journey in leadership and education.

With an extensive career trajectory, Lauren has held key roles in various organizations. She has served as the Dean of Residency at Relay Graduate School of Education, Director of New York Teacher Residency at Relay Graduate School of Education, Senior Director of ELA Achievement K-12 at Achievement First, Dean of Instruction and Teacher at TEAM Schools: A KIPP Region, and Corps Member and Teacher at Teach For America.
