Rafael Maia is a communication professional with extensive experience in major companies in the Brazilian market. He holds a degree in journalism from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ) and an MBA in Business Management and Competitive Intelligence from the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM). Rafael has worked in internal marketing, strategic planning for the press, project development, major events, and commercial marketing campaigns.
Throughout his career, Rafael Maia has received recognition for his work, including the prestigious Minha Vida Mais Segura award by CNseg and Superintendência de Seguros Privados (Susep) for Best Article in 2016. He également contributed to the writing of DPVAT: para um Brasil com muitos acidentes, um Seguro presente em 100% do país, which won Comunique-se's Best Case award in 2014, and the international Sabre Awards-winning case in 2015.
Rafael's knack for effective communication extends beyond his professional work-life; he completed the Professional and Self-Coach program at Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching (IBC). Adding to his professional flair for tackling communication challenges, Rafael Maia has held senior marketing roles at Mongeral Aegon, served as a former Professor at Estácio, and impressed at Approach Comunicação Integrada as their Assessor de Imprensa.
