Laura Stembridge

Laura Stembridge is the Founder and CEO of InsideOut, a revolutionary on-demand mental health platform that offers mental health therapy as an employee benefit solution.

Laura is dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and fostering open conversations about it, especially in the workplace where support is crucial.

With 10 years of experience in project management, change management, culture change, stakeholder engagement, training and development, Laura brings a wealth of expertise to her roles.

She holds a BA (Hons) in Sport Management, Sport and Business from Leeds Metropolitan University, and an MSc in Physical Activity and Mental Health Development from the University of Gloucestershire.

Aside from her work in mental health, Laura has an outstanding track record in event management, having successfully organized various events across different industries and regions, ranging from corporate dinners to mass participation sports events.

Laura has worked with organizations like Jambo Tribe, i2a Consulting LLP, PA Consulting, Atkins Management Consultants, Tewkesbury Borough Council, Aqua Start Swim School, and the University West of England in various capacities.

Her experience spans industries such as pharmaceutical, government, leisure and tourism, and healthcare, where she has designed and implemented change management solutions to drive transformation.
