Laura Stembridge

Laura Stembridge is an accomplished Founder, CEO, and Management Consultant with extensive experience in event management, project management, change management, culture change, stakeholder engagement, and training and development. Stembridge studied Sport Management at Leeds Metropolitan University, and Physical Activity and Mental Health Development at University of Gloucestershire, where she honed her passion for sports and her dedication to mental health advocacy. Her career has been defined by her goal to break the stigma surrounding mental health, and provide accessible mental health therapy as an employee benefit solution with InsideOut.

Stembridge's talent as an event manager has seen her successfully organize various events of different sizes across different industries both in the UK and overseas. Stembridge worked at Tewkesbury Borough Council as the Sport Development Manager, University West of England as the Sport and Health Development Officer, Aqua Start Swim School as Managing Director, and i2a Consulting LLP, PA Consulting, and Atkins Management Consultants as Management Consultant.

Stembridge's expertise in project management, change management, and culture change has been invaluable in designing and implementing change management solutions for various clients operating in the pharmaceutical, government, leisure and tourism, and healthcare industries.
