Laura Dirtadian

Laura Dirtadian is a professional with a diverse background in leadership, risk management, and business process improvement. With a degree in Spanish Literature, Political Science from UC Irvine and additional education from top business schools such as The Wharton School and University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, Dirtadian has established herself as an expert in her field. She has held various high-level positions, including Vice President of Enterprise Risk at Affirm, Inc., where she currently serves. Dirtadian has also served as Head of Risk and Business Process Improvement for Lyft, Director of Information Services Risk Management and Operations for First Republic Bank, and Vice President of Enterprise Risk Strategy and Integration for Union Bank, to name a few. Prior to her corporate work, Dirtadian served as a Senior QA Engineer for E*Trade and Manager of Security and Privacy Services for Deloitte. Her experiences have given her an extensive skill set in risk management, business strategy, and team leadership.
