Larry Moore

Larry Moore is a seasoned corporate executive and entrepreneur who has amassed over 50 years of experience in the fields of media, telecommunications, and technology. As the founder of CText Inc., he made key contributions to the industry with innovative software designs for print and digital advertising, as well as content management systems for PC based technology.

Under his able guidance, CText Inc. earned a distinction as one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S. and was named among the Inc. 500 list of companies in the years 1989 and 1990. Mr. Moore's efforts earned him runner-up recognition for Michigan Entrepreneur of the Year in 1990 and the prestigious title of Michigan Entrepreneur of the Year in 1991 by Ann Arbor's New Enterprise Forum.

Over Mr. Moore's illustrious career, he has successfully acquired, merged, and sold more than 25 companies, both domestically and internationally. He also advises several global businesses on mergers, acquisitions, opportunities in Brazil, South America, and Southern Europe. He has helped media companies, content producers and broadcasting businesses increase their audience engagement and monetization strategies.

Currently, Mr. Moore is the Executive Director of A2 Global Ventures, which provides business development services in select markets, and he also Chairs Clixie Media LLC, which is dedicated to enhancing the e-learning experience with its interactive media platform. Mr. Moore regularly meets with leading corporate executives and educators to address aspects of interactive media engagement, information, education, and "Assurance of Learning."
