Larry King is a skilled and accomplished CPA, CGMA, entrepreneur, and business builder with over 30 years of middle market leadership experience. He is a board director, advisory board member, and mentor who is passionate about serving others and helping companies grow. King is a co-founder of the Private Directors Association in Dallas Fort Worth and is a member of the Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance. He has extensive private and public company board experience and has directly interfaced with boards of directors and audit committees. King's areas of expertise include strategic planning, collaborative leadership, financial expertise for both public and private companies, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He has hands-on experience with mergers and acquisitions, leading both an upstream and a downstream merger. Additionally, he is a highly effective market-facing executive and has served in CEO, COO, and CFO roles.
