Lamar Faulkner is a seasoned Strategic Account Manager, Contact Center Specialist, and Business Processing Outsourcing Professional. With over 15 years of experience, his areas of expertise include account management and retention, Client Services, business process design and improvement, customer relationship management (CRM), contract negotiations, project management, and quality assurance.

Lamar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Redlands, where he also completed his undergraduate studies in Business Management.

Throughout his career, Lamar has served in various leadership roles with well-known companies such as NVISION Eye Centers, Irvine Company, TaskUs, Ingram Micro, and ACS. He is an outstanding relationship builder across all levels of the organization, from front-line to the C-suite, with expertise in developing high-value strategic relationships within companies ranging from small start-ups to multi-million-dollar organizations.
