Kate Mason, Ph.D. is a highly experienced communications and public affairs professional with a distinctive background in debate and a world-ranking. She is the founder of Hedgehog + Fox, a strategic communications firm that specializes in storytelling and narrative strategy, media and presentation training, and helping leaders communicate effectively. Kate has worked at Medium, Khan Academy, YouTube, and Google, where she has developed and executed complex media strategies, created transformational messaging, and launched numerous products and campaigns. With her educational background in Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Executive Marketing Academy at INSEAD, as well as her Doctor of Philosophy - Ph.D., English and her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) 1st Class, English from the University of New South Wales, she is well-equipped to navigate complexity thoughtfully, creating world-class narratives collaboratively, and cultivating excellent relationships within organizations and with external stakeholders.
