Kristin McKinney is a seasoned recruiting professional with a passion for connecting people and driving change through life and career transitions. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved with various technology start-ups and technology-based companies, inspiring her work in recruitment.

Beyond her recruitment expertise, Kristin has diverse interests in artist management and booking, notably with the rock and roll band DeeOhGee (formerly known as the Blackfoot Gypsies). She is an alumna of SOLID, a non-profit organization nurturing future leaders in the music industry. Kristin also founded Tomato Sass, an online platform empowering and educating women in the music sector, and co-founded Nashville Girl Geek Dinner, supporting women in software careers.
