Kristin Martin accidentally started her career in recruiting after a casual encounter at Caribou Coffee led to a job where she helped in expanding the business and finding top talent.

She has a background in art direction, having studied at The Creative Circus and worked with industry creatives before transitioning to a role as the Director of Career Placement at the same institution.

Passionate about recruitment, Kristin collaborates with brands, hiring managers, and HR teams to create inclusive recruitment processes and source top creative talents.

She is a Founding Member of AIR (Allies in Recruiting), a collective focused on championing diverse talent in the advertising and marketing industries, which has partnered with the One Club for further impact.

Currently residing in Florida, Kristin freelances while enjoying golf tournaments and taking on roles like golf caddie, chef, and chauffeur alongside caring for her high school daughter.
