Nicolas Klotz
Lead UX Research
Nicolas KLOTZ is a Human Factors Specialist with a focus on user-centered design of Human-Computer Interfaces. He graduated with a master's degree in psychology specializing in ergonomics from the University of Metz in 2010, where he had the opportunity to learn from renowned experts in ergonomics like Eric Brangier and Christian Bastien. This experience shaped his approach to designing interfaces with a user-centric mindset.
After gaining valuable experience in user testing at Orange, Nicolas co-founded so!use in Toulouse with Pierre-Antoine in 2011. Their vision was to actively involve users in their projects to create interfaces that truly meet user needs and preferences.
Moving on to Wax Interactive, Nicolas worked within the digital studio's User Research department. His responsibilities included conducting Focus Groups and User Testing within the WAX Lab, showcasing his dedication to refining user experiences through research.
Currently, Nicolas KLOTZ serves as the Lead UX Researcher at Société Générale for the past 3 years. He established a dedicated UX research lab within BDDF to allow clients and prospects to test their digital interfaces. Nicolas also leads efforts to enhance the UX Design team's expertise in research methodologies like focus groups, user testing, interviews, and surveys.
His educational background includes a master's degree in Ergonomics and Human Factors Engineering from the University of Metz, as well as a Bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Poitiers.
