●  Developed and integrated GenAI-driven patient summaries within the HealtheCare product, enhancing care management workflows, reducing Chart Biopsy time from 30 minutes down to less than 10, Increased number of patient engagements from 10 to 20.
● Led the development of an EHR-agnostic solution, ensuring seamless integration of population health insights into third-party EMRs, and launched one of the first HDI Redwood UI projects to GA.

● Understanding user motivations and goals, I executed research strategies that generated actionable data; led design team ideation improving user experience, delivering new features and tools, an interactive prototype, documentation & stakeholder pitch movie.

The largest flight school and aircraft rental fleet in Los Angeles; was a hands-on masters-course in business administration, the epitome of today's' American small business. (oh, and the flying part was pretty fun too!)

● Supervised the aircraft fleet, flight instruction, and operations of the company consisting of 150+ students, 500+ pilots, 10-20+ aircraft, and staff of 15, accounting for 3 million in annual sales. 
● Produced all graphic assets and marketing materials, managed, and raised $80K through Groupon.
● Communicated between federal, state, and local governments regarding all safety and FAA regulations and standards.

Never mind what you read in the papers regarding the vapid nature of Los Angeles and it's culture, it's there if you're looking for it. My problem was that I felt I wasn't able to get out often enough to check out the music scene in this town. This job solved that problem. It's a really, really good story. Ask me about it sometime. Highlight: Being able to see Duran Duran reunite for one night only and sitting in the VIP area doing it.

Norwood Inc. was the largest promotional products company in the U.S. and the Los Angeles office produced over 10 million in annual sales.

● I was responsible for the artwork for the entire production floor.
● Communicated between sales, art department, and production floor supervisors in daily production meetings.
● Maintained the quality and management of all digital asset content for the art department, Implemented training and production standards for all forms of digital templates and graphics for the specific use in digital printing, pad imprint, screen printing, heat transfer, acid etching, laser etching, embroidery, PVC vinyl signs, and large scale wraps.

After Dive! closed, took a job at the Deli next door in Century City Shopping Center. The food at this traditional NY style deli was unbelievable, the-best-ever. Best moment: learning how to balance 6 plates, three on each arm. Worst moment: tasting gefilte fish.

Worked directly under the head of Playboy T.V. at the time, Eric Mittleman. Regularly helped produce Night Calls show for Playboy T.V. and assisted in all phases of production with full control room access. Eventually moved to production work for their film division working on projects with budgets of 3 million for the direct to video and on-demand marketplace. The regular "go-to guy" between the film division and PEGI(Playboy Entertainment Group)...(and then I went back to U.C.L.A. and still regret it to this day.)

Junior Associate Producer

I took a delivery position with Dive! while in my first year at UCLA, and it remains to this day, my favorite work experience ever. Steven Spielberg created it after wanting a submarine sandwich that reminded him of his childhood and if you were in L.A. then you'll still remember a great big yellow submarine sticking out of the front of the Century City Shopping Center. All-time favorite moment: coming within inches of literally running into Spielberg(and David Geffen) with about $500 of food and knocking him out.
