Deborah Simmons is a bright and proactive strategic thinker with a diverse background. She holds a BA in Marketing, Psychology, and Fashion Design from Leeds Metropolitan University and has worked for various organizations in different roles, including Senior Partner at Truth Consulting, Senior Research Manager at Tuned In Research, and Freelance Research Consultant at Phoenix Cinema. With experience in agency and client-side work, Deborah specializes in user-centered design, qualitative research, digital, UX, remote work consultancy, digital nomads, workspace design, brand strategy, and ideation. She is the owner of Camino Insight Ltd since 2013 and has been an ICG Committee member since 2014.

Her most recent role was as UX Research Lead for Nissan Global with Publicis Sapient. Her empathic nature allows her to approach every brief with a well-rounded viewpoint, delivering actionable recommendations with integrity. Additionally, she is a digital nomad expert, aspiring to provide workspace design consultancy services for remote-working employees.
