Eagle Teleconferencing was established in 1991.  Pioneer of access revenue sharing and worlds first BBS, free conference call provider and a paid service provider. Created protocols for all carriers to exchange access traffic. Exclusive agreements with RochesterTel, Frontier, Citizens, TDS Telecom, ACC, USLEC, Paetec, AT&T and others for access revenue.  Broke records on volume of traffic to NortelDMS and Lucent 5ESS, they needed to reprogram the switches multiple times to handle high volumes of  traffic.  Switches were experiencing 36CCS (100%) going at a full capacity on traffic. Instrumental in working with US Congress telecom subcommittee, as Telecom Act was being drafted before it was signed by President in 1996. Served customers using a network of over 40,000 simultaneous port global capacity all owned by Eagle.  Customers included Amway, MaryKay, ReXall, US Courts, NCBC, Federal Reserve, National Bone Marrow foundation and several other fortune 100 customers.  Expanded operations into Madrid-Spain, London-UK, Paris-France, Rome-Italy, Frankfurt-Germany to serve EU customers.

Software - DNSbind, Telnet, Gopher, SpyGlass, Netscape, WWW, etc.,.
Business was managed from Western Univ of Illinois, Rushville, Il and NYC, NY.
Support was provided by Western University of Illinois under a muti-year grant funded by Kent Charugundla/American Network. It was a hallmark of Public-Private partnership to fund students who could not afford to pay tuition.

Acquired by WinStream via PAETEC. Created AIN (Advanced Intelligent Network adjunct box for DMS-100 super node in creation of CallerID and ANI services in 1990)
Built CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier) business in 26 markets on the east coast without external debt or investment. Built the sales/network as 100% owner. Customer base of  250,000 access lines carrying capacity of 18 Billion minutes of traffic per annum with annual revenue $40M with $20M EBITA. Top 200 ISP's were served including AOL, PSInet, EarthLink, Mindspring, etc.,. Company was sold in 2003 to USLEC now part of Windstream.
