Kara Weber

Kara Berklich Weber is a accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and leader with experience building and transforming companies across various industries. With a background in marketing and a creative approach, she has led seven customer-focused companies, four of which she has exited. Kara is a founder-beloved investor in community and commerce, passionate about investing in transformative companies and connecting brilliant leadership teams with investments that go beyond capital. She has also proven her abilities in designing groundbreaking marketing efforts, building powerful brands, and accelerating revenue, driving culture shifts, and overseeing transitions across the M&A process.

Kara is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Dapper Collectives at Dapper Labs, an Investment Partner at The Community Fund VC and a Board Observer at Haute Hijab, among other past ventures. She is also a Former Venture Partner and Advisory Board Member at NextGen Venture Partners, Founder of City of Angels Leadership Collective, and General Partner at Brilliant Ventures.

Kara holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Williams College and has been recognized as one of the 100 Powerful Women in Business by Entrepreneur Magazine. Her passion to build companies that facilitate global platforms has landed her numerous executive and advisory roles over the course of her career.
