Kenan Salihbegovic is a highly skilled and customer-obsessed leader with extensive experience in community operations, customer strategy, and marketing. With a degree in Economics and certifications in IT and Networks, he has led high-performance teams in various industries, including ridesharing, e-commerce, and gaming. Kenan has studied at prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School Executive Education, and has honed his expertise in customer acquisition, engagement, and satisfaction through working on community management, operations, and strategy.
Most notably, Kenan served as the Head of Regional Community Operations DACH at Uber, where he oversaw the customer operations and strategy for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. He also worked as a Lead Community Management Technology at Zalando SE, a Community Manager at Nordeus, and the Head of Community at Toptal. Kenan's passion for customers and community development has led him to work with various organizations.
