Henry Clausner

Henry Clausner is a professional with a strong background in corporate development, M&A integration, strategy, growth, and operations. He currently works on Uber's Corporate Development team, where he evaluates and executes M&A opportunities. Henry also leads Uber's Global M&A integration efforts. His previous roles at Uber included leading strategy, growth, and operations for the vehicle financing business unit and ridesharing business in the Midwest. Henry Clausner holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Government from Harvard University and has also studied at La Jolla Country Day School. Henry has held various key positions at Uber, including Director and Head of M&A Integration, Senior Manager of M&A Integration, Manager of Corporate Development, Senior Associate of Corporate Development, and Senior Associate of Strategic Operations in the Vehicle Financing division. Prior to his time at Uber, he served as an Operations and Logistics Manager and held roles as a Junior Consultant and Junior Consultant Intern at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Additionally, Henry was an Academic Program Director at America International of Spain Inc.
