Lead product partner with Data Science, all Insights engineering teams and Insights Business leads (VPs, Sr. Directors, Director). 

•	Sr. Product Manager for four development teams, directly managing Sr. Product Owners, and drove development of a level 2 support team, enhancing productivity for engineering product delivery teams. 
•	Lead cross organization test and learn initiative for evaluating integration opportunities with acquired technology. 
•	Developed ambitious quarterly roadmap with significant UX features and infrastructure components, attaining second highest completion rate within Product Incremental Planning Process (PI planning).

Reporting into the Vice President of Product for Insights and Analytics (Content, Data, Platform), responsible for steering development of data science/analytics/insights SaaS and BI tools:

•	Partner with Insights customers, design/UX, research, product marketing, and sales to identify, plan and roadmap enhancement solutions, as well as SaaS product reliability and stability initiatives for an earned media/analytics SAAS product and a briefings monitoring product.  
•	Driving strategic feature improvements towards customer retention and cross functional initiatives supporting customer migration to new platforms.
•	Product development and requirements gathering for machine learning, data science, and content & data sourcing to incorporate natural language processing (NLP) and other ML coding into the SaaS products.
•	Implementing Pendo tracking for enhanced user engagement analysis and rely upon data driven decision making to identify service and functionality gaps. 
•	Work within an agile development environment managing two development teams and facilitating planning meetings (planning, refinement, review). Serve as pillar lead within Product Incremental Planning process.

Product Manager, Global Insights (Product Area Lead)

The Zebra is the nation’s most comprehensive and most visited online car insurance comparison marketplace. Since 2012, The Zebra has led the charge to bring transparency to the insurance industry – to make insurance black and white. Reporting initially to the EVP of Finance and then to the CTO, I built and led the company-wide Analytics team comprised of (12 head count) Product, Marketing, Revenue, Agency and Decision Science analytics, driving initiatives to support the profitable high growth company with a run rate of $100M+ USD.

Reported to the Executive Leader of Enterprise Analytics. Lead the growing Reporting and Visualization team, comprised of 8 highly skilled analysts, in delivering scalable Tableau, Alteryx and data delivery solutions for Marketing, People Analytics, Products, Finance, Retail Operations, Ecommerce, Merch Analytics, and other internal WFM stakeholder teams. Throughout role, interviewed, hired and onboarded five open or new roles.

•	Guide the R&V team through complex partnerships with stakeholders, establishing prioritization, conducting project rationalization, road mapping, and clarifying partner needs/requirements while collaboratively ensuring improved solutioning (increased quality, expanded functionality, design and content alignment). 
•	Product owner of enterprise wide intra-day reporting (Two-Bytes) solution, leading the development collaboration between Enterprise Analytics, Enterprise Information Delivery teams, and Change Enablement.
•	Oversee the management of the Whole Foods Market Vendor Reporting Portal with over 15,000 supplier partners.
•	Manage and facilitate the Regional Analyst Co-Op call, connecting global resources and updates.  
•	Implement use of Confluence wikis, JIRA, intake mechanisms, and team operational tools to increasing efficiency and provide socialization resources for analysts and partners.

Concurrent with role below. Product enablement program to guide Civitas SaaS clients to develop looking, learning, and leading with analytics in their organizations. Reported to Civitas Learning Co-Founder and Chief Learning Officer. Led Next Generation Leadership Academy (NGLA) curriculum development, program management, and operations for multiple institutional clients.

Lead in dual role serving on the tier 1 strategic solutions consulting team and as a senior customer success manager/product consultant for champion customers. Tracked and monitored relationship through Salesforce.

Strategic Solutions Consulting Team: 
•	Led in contracted change management consulting assignments requiring onsite and offsite customer reviews for data/technology readiness and project management needs to harness predictive analytics, while relaying user requirements for product development.
•	Created project management, data inventory, compliance and organizational effectiveness assets for external and internal customers including strategic partnerships and business development teams.

Faculty Instructor of Sociology (Ongoing and concurrent with Full-Time)

Reported to President and CEO of University. Promoted to Exec. Director after 3 years as Director.  Managed 18-month development of 2015-2025 Strategic Plan Framework for Huston-Tillotson Univ. concluding with new Vision, Mission, Strategic Directions and Initiatives.  Had oversight of institutional research policies, procedures, and evaluation processes to acquire and report data.
• For Strategic Planning, conducted in-depth environmental scanning, SWOT analysis, community/stakeholder interviews, and performance measure identification. Managed ongoing strategic planning process with annual imperatives/projects, strategy teams and key performance indicators (KPIs). Drove implementation and integration of new planning software for outcomes-based metrics, strategic planning, budget planning, and faculty credentials with current and emerging institutional processes at the University.
• Managed, reviewed and approved data reports sent to IPEDS, ICUT, THECB, Petersons and other federal, state, local and commercial reporting agencies.

Reported to Director of Products. Account manager for (8) university customers nationally to guide institutional wide assessment, program review and strategic planning endeavors. Served on consultant teams for an additional four universities. Institutions ranged from small religiously affiliate private schools, to community colleges and large public universities. 
•	Co-managed and trained customer support team of twelve in India with oversight of daily functions. 
•	Presented on best practices in organizational effectiveness and software functionality trainings in several formats including online trainings, company conferences, and onsite consulting visits.
