Katie Zink is a seasoned expert in organizational culture change, diversity and inclusion, employee voice amplification, and strategic planning. With over a decade of experience in organizing, volunteering, and advocating for causes affecting at-risk youth, career-readiness efforts, after-school programming, and accessibility services, Katie has dedicated her career to helping visionary leaders and influencers create positive, dynamic cultures.

As the Founder and Principal Consultant at Social Construct Consulting, LLC, Katie leads high-impact grassroots employee task forces and committees, works closely with managers to conduct custom workshops and skill sessions, audits existing and establishes new organizational policies and processes, forms empowered issue-based Employee Resource Groups, and creates and carries out effective communications plans for all-company rollouts.
