Kathryn Ko

Kathryn Ko, M.D., MFA, is a unique individual based in NYC, excelling both in the medical field as a neurosurgeon and in the artistic realm as a multi-media artist.

Dr. Ko's educational journey is impressive, with degrees ranging from a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology to a Doctor of Medicine, a Masters of Fine Art in Fine Art ~ Painting, and completion of a Neurosurgery Residency, all from renowned institutions such as the University of Hawaii, Academy of Art University, and Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Her diverse skillset allows her to operate, paint, draw, and write with both hands, reflecting her bilateral philosophy called Ambidexter.
