Katerina Khareyn is a conflict resolution expert with impressive credentials. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Conflict Resolution and International Studies from American University. Currently, she is the Deputy Director of Programmes Department at Kaiciid, where she formerly held positions as Chief of Global Practices Hub and Senior Programme Manager of Professional Development and Learning. Khareyn has also served as a Programme Officer for the International Fellows Programme at Kaiciid. Furthermore, she is a former President of the Dialogue Development Groupe and has been a global trustee, assistant treasurer, and member of the executive committee at Uri (United Religions Initiative). In addition, Khareyn has served as the Director of the Youth Spirit Center, a project manager at Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, and was the Co-Founder and President of the National Forum for Youth & Culture Jordan Youth.

Her professional endeavors have led her to have a wealth of expertise in conflict resolution, program management, and global leadership. Her interest in developing youth, culture, and peace initiatives make her an instrumental figure in the field of conflict resolution.
