Karima Kadaoui is a passionate Tamkeen Community Facilitator and practice-based researcher, with a profound belief in human potential and unconditional love for societal metamorphosis.
As a co-founder and Executive President of Tamkeen Community Foundation for Human Development, Karima has been instrumental in co-creating the Tamkeen Approach, a new paradigm rooted in human potential trust.
Karima's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Management from the University of Liverpool, and a Masters in Mathematics Applied to Social Sciences from Universit\u00e9 Toulouse - Jean Jaur\u00e8s.
With a wealth of experience in various organizations like Empowerment Consultancy Services, Ideas Consulting, and Price Waterhouse Casablanca, Karima has honed her skills as a management consultant and advisor to the Minister of Employment, Vocational Training, and Housing.
