Kaitlin Doucette is a well-educated professional with a Master of Education (MEd) in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in American Government and Politics from the University of Virginia.
She has held various key roles in different organizations, showcasing a diverse skill set and experience in areas such as coaching, executive recruitment, customer service, operations, marketing, and communications.
Currently, Kaitlin serves as the Director at West Coast Starz (Girls), where she brings her expertise to the field of lacrosse.
Her previous experiences include positions such as Head Coach for Women's Lacrosse at Torrey Pines High School, Executive Recruiter at Executive Dynamics Search, and various roles at Adrenaline Lacrosse including Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, Grassroots & Communications Coordinator, and Customer Service & Operations Specialist.
Additionally, Kaitlin has also served as the Head Coach for Junior Varsity Women's Lacrosse at Cathedral Catholic High School, further exemplifying her passion for coaching and empowering young athletes.
