Melissa Coleman

Melissa Coleman is a highly experienced operations, training, marketing, and communications professional with a strong background in sales support, project management, and budget management. Her expertise includes adult learning theory, cross-functional coordination, presentation and training skills, and technical writing among others. She has a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Secondary Education from The University of Connecticut.

Melissa has held several senior roles in established organizations such as Forrester, SiriusDecisions, and MetLife where she was responsible for finding appropriate solutions for target audiences, partnering with stakeholders, and managing budgets. Melissa is known for her excellent communication and engagement strategies, problem-solving skills, and ability to analyze and report metrics. She is also skilled in multi-media content development, vendor management, and customer service.

In addition to her extensive corporate experience, Melissa has worked as a science teacher in both middle and high schools and has experience organizing and managing youth programs. She is passionate about adult learning and finding ways to make education engaging and effective.
