    Throughout her career at Ceridian, Justine has excelled in various areas of the business, including building and launching new products, leading sales endeavors, and driving culture change and business simplification initiatives to transform Ceridian into a high-growth tech entity. She notably spearheaded Ceridian's IPO process in 2018, raising over CAD $800 million in Canada's largest technology IPO.

    Recognized for her contributions and leadership, Justine Janssen has been honored as one of Canada's Top 40 Under 40, Top 100 Most Powerful Women, Top 25 Canadian Women in Tech, and a Woman of Excellence for Achievement in Business.

    Education-wise, Justine studied HBA in Management and Entrepreneurship at The University of Western Ontario - Richard Ivey School of Business, and also pursued Honours in Medical Sciences and Scholar's Electives at the same institution.

    Her professional journey includes roles such as SVP Strategic Initiatives at Ceridian, serving on the Board of Directors at Entegrus Powerlines within Entegrus Inc, and holding positions as SVP in Corporate Strategy & Development and Implementation Services at Ceridian. Justine's career also features experiences in strategic initiatives at Dayforce, management consulting at Oliver Wyman, and franchise ownership at College Pro.
