Jonathan Roberts

Jonathan Roberts is a NABCEP certified PV Installation Professional and engineer, currently serving as the Vice President of Development at Soltage, a prominent renewable energy provider based in Jersey City, New Jersey.
At Soltage, Jonathan oversees the development and management of over 100 solar projects with a total generation capacity exceeding 450 MW across fourteen states, representing more than $600 million in solar generation investments since the company's establishment in 2005.
Prior to his role at Soltage, Jonathan worked as a Senior Project Manager at SoCore Energy (now Engie Distributed Renewables), where he contributed to the execution of 100+ MW multi-site solar PV projects valued at over $150 million nationwide.
Apart from his professional endeavors, Jonathan is an active member of Engineers Without Borders (EWB), volunteering with student chapters and holding positions such as a board member of EWB-USA Chicagoland Professional chapter and serving on an EWB-USA Energy project advisory committee.
Jonathan's educational background includes earning an MBA from Iowa State University's Ivy College of Business, a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University, and completing professional continuing education in Megawatt Design and Solar Design & Installation.
