Joe has held various roles in different organizations throughout his career. Currently, he serves as the Executive Director of Operations at Cru Global. Previously, he worked as the Missional Team Leader and New Staff at Cru Global, showcasing his dedication to the organization.

In terms of his technology background, Joe has experience working in prominent companies such as the New York State Department of Health, HBO, KeyBank, FANUC America Corporation, and Reuters. His roles varied from Senior Software Consultant to Software Architect to Software Development Manager/Enterprise Architect, demonstrating his expertise in software development and architecture.
