Steve Douglass
President Emeritus at Cru
Steve Douglass is a dedicated follower of Jesus Christ, known for his role in helping people know God, serving many, encouraging cooperation among Christian ministries, coaching, exhorting, and teaching.
Having graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and later completing his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration at Harvard University, Steve embarked on his ministry journey with Cru.
With close to five decades of experience in ministry, Steve Douglass has occupied diverse positions within Cru, including Vice President for Administration and National Director of U.S. Ministries.
In July 2001, Steve assumed the presidency of Campus Crusade for Christ International, succeeding the organization's founder, Bill Bright.
Beyond his leadership roles, Steve is also an accomplished author with multiple books to his credit. Additionally, he hosts the daily radio program 'Making Your Life Count,' broadcasting on approximately 1,000 stations.
Steve Douglass currently holds the title of President Emeritus at Cru, having previously served as the President. He has also fulfilled various roles within Campus Crusade for Christ.
