With a background in Statistics and I/O Psychology, Jerry is a data geek with a passion for technology and numbers. His career spans from startups to tech giants, where he has excelled in talent acquisition and analytics. Having lived in multiple countries and being fluent in Chinese and Japanese, Jerry is a versatile T-shaped builder with a growth mindset. Beyond his corporate roles, he is dedicated to yoga and building a global community. Jerry has authored a book on talent strategy for growth-stage startups and collaborates with AIHR to share best practices and knowledge through teaching.

Jerry Hu holds a Master's degree in Applied Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University, along with a Bachelor's degree in International Communications from Communication University of China. He also studied Communication and Media Studies at Josai International University. Throughout his career, Jerry has held key positions in organizations like Amazon Web Services, Alibaba Group, Singtel, and Doctor Anywhere amongst others, where he led talent acquisition, people experience, and talent intelligence functions. He has also ventured into entrepreneurship and authored publications, showcasing his diverse skill set and experience.
