    He is a renowned keynote speaker, host of the People Data for Good Podcast, and a prolific author of various models including the Talent Assessment & Development (TAD) Framework.

    Al's educational background includes studies in Economics at the University of California, Davis, and a Master of Science in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.

    Outside his professional endeavors, Al enjoys beach volleyball and cherishes his role as a dedicated father of two in Santa Cruz, California.
