Jeremy Xavier is a seasoned professional in the tech industry, with an impressive background in product management and strategy, innovation programs, leadership positions, and mentoring startups. He has worked for large, publicly traded companies such as American Eagle Outfitters and Expedia. He has also been an FTE at 3 startups, all of which were acquired. Jeremy is a former Head of Mobile and Innovation at Toys"R"Us, where he excelled in building passionate teams and launching category-topping iOS and Android apps. He is currently a mentor at The Refiners and loves helping startups through advising and mentoring.

Jeremy credits his passion for problem-solving, quick thinking, and moving fast to his love for skateboarding in his formative years.
