Merav Laifer is a seasoned CEO with a solid background in finance, commercial and business development skills, and expertise in management, strategy, business, M&A planning, finance, and operations. With over ten years of experience in various finance positions, Merav stands proficient to develop a unique change management strategy that can adapt to the high-tech and startup industry.

Merav started her academic journey by studying for a BA in Economics & Business Administration from Haifa University, where she graduated with honors. She completed her certification in public accountancy before enrolling in Tel Aviv University to complete her B.A. in accounting. She later pursued a Director's training course at The Open University of Israel.

Merav has worked as CEO, COO, CFO, and Advisory Board member for several companies. She was formerly the CEO at see.V, CFO & COO at PipelBiz, and Director of Finance at boxee and Made Finance. She also worked as an Audit team member at Ernst & Young Israel and a Manager at Ernst&Young Luxembourg. Presently, Merav is the CEO of Inside Out Finance, where she executes business turnaround and M&A strategies.
