Jeremy Kmet

Jeremy Kmet is currently the Senior Vice President of Global Field Operations at PagerDuty, not the Vice President of North America Commercial Sales.14 He was appointed to this role effective February 1, 2023, reporting directly to Chair and CEO Jennifer Tejada.13

Kmet has been with PagerDuty for over seven years, joining the company in 2017.1 In his current role, he leads teams responsible for PagerDuty's global sales, partner, and sales strategy and operations.4 He is credited with designing and scaling the land-and-expand motion that underpins PagerDuty's efficient enterprise and mid-market growth.1

Prior to his current position, Kmet held roles at PagerDuty including:

Kmet is described as a seasoned, customer-focused sales leader with more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software-as-a-service companies.4 He holds a B.A. in Business Administration, Marketing Strategy, Finance, Information Technology and New Venture Creation from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario.2
