    Jenna Heller is a certified chef and sommelier, with a background in Culinary Nutrition from the Natural Gourmet Institute and a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University. She is also a CMS L1 and ASA certified sommelier.

    Jenna excels in curating custom catered appetizers, brunches, and specialty boards as a chef. She offers various cooking, wine education, and food & wine pairing classes in Miami and NYC. Additionally, she founded Jar Bar NYC, a dairy-free snack company, and has worked as a catering & events consultant for the Food Arts Center, leading a team of over twenty individuals.

    One of Jenna's pivotal endeavors is her partnership with the Food Arts Center (FAC) at Fedcap, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals facing life barriers through job training. Jenna actively employs graduates from FAC's programs across her various business ventures, thereby contributing to FAC's social mission and the betterment of lives.

    Jenna Heller's educational background includes studies in Viti 1, Viti Vini & Blind Tasting, Wine Steward/Sommelier at the American Sommelier Association, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University, and Culinary Nutrition studies at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts.

    Throughout her career, Jenna has functioned in key roles such as Chef & Sommelier, Food & Wine Instructor at Chef Jenna Heller, Catering, Events & Kitchen Consultant at the Food Arts Center @ Fedcap, Founder of Jar Bar NYC, and held positions at organizations like Youth Renewal Fund and American Friends of The Hebrew University's National Programs and Donor Relations.
