Jeff Kolok, the CEO, President, and Commissioner at SLAMT1D, Inc, is a dedicated father of three children, two of whom have Type 1 diabetes (T1D) and one with Celiac disease.
Passionate about improving the lives of those with T1D, Jeff is focused on raising awareness and funding for T1D programs and organizations.
SLAMT1D, Inc., a nonprofit organization, organizes active sports events like SLAMDiabetes tournaments to support the T1D cause.
Since 2014, SLAMT1D, Inc. has been extending its WIFFLE© ball tournaments beyond the Northeast, engaging with a wide audience across the nation by recreating the ambiance of iconic baseball parks.
Their events feature celebrity Home Run Derbies, play-by-play announcing, internet-based game replays, and more to provide a professional sports experience to participants and fans.
