Jayasakthivel Angamuthu is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and evangelist for Adobe solutions, specializing in Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Sign, Document Cloud, and Adobe AEM. He also facilitates turn-key integrations with Microsoft (Office 365, Dynamics, Flow), Salesforce, Nintex, BOX, Dropbox, and other applications.

With a strong focus on customer value, Jayasakthivel excels in developing and presenting technical visions of how Adobe solutions can benefit customers, engaging with C-level executives and technical stakeholders. He leads technical discovery sessions across various industries such as Commercial, Financial Services, Professional Services, Life Science, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering & Construction, Manufacturing, High Technology, Education, and Automotive sectors.

Collaborating closely with Account Executives, Customer Success teams, Professional Services, Business Units, and Technology partners, Jayasakthivel crafts tailored solutions for customers and ensures a seamless hand-off from pre-sales to post-sales implementation. He also provides training and mentorship to peers, serving as a technical escalation point for large enterprise opportunities.

In addition to his role, Jayasakthivel works on product marketing initiatives to create technical messaging for Adobe Document Cloud solutions. He actively promotes the adoption of Adobe Applications within strategic accounts, driving deployments from departmental to enterprise-wide scale. He supports sales teams in the RFI and RFP processes for enterprise accounts, liaising with Business Units and teams to deliver pertinent information to clients.

Jayasakthivel has a wealth of experience in various technical roles such as Presales Architect, Presales Solution Engineer, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, and Solution Architect. His expertise spans Presales, Implementation, Project Management, and the design and implementation of technical solutions.

Educationally, Jayasakthivel has a background in Computer Science, holding Higher Secondary qualifications from SMHSS in Erode, an MCA with a Computer Science specialization from PSG College of Arts and Science where he ranked highly, and a B.Sc in Computer Science from the same institution.

In his professional journey, Jayasakthivel Angamuthu has held key positions at reputable organizations. He served as a Principal Solution Engineer at Salesforce, a Solutions Evangelist at Adobe, and in various roles at Oracle such as CX Domain Architect for Customer Experience Cloud Transformation, Principal Solution Consultant, Principal Solution Architect for APAC PreSales, and Solution Consultant for CX Cloud.
